I am interst about join TRANS 1,so i have few question to ask. 1) date is 5/2 to 10/2 or 17/2? 2)when cycling,any safety car or motorcycle guide? 3)when cycling,we wear own Jersey or Jersey from organiser provide?if organiser provide,how many for ten days? 4)TRANS 1 open for Chinese? 5)any prize? 6)i m from Penang,after end at kuala perlis,do i need to folow bck to Johor?can i go bck to penang after Kuala Perlis? Thank You Very Much.
1. the date is actually from 5/2 to 14/2 for the cycling event. after that date, there will be another program just for the organizer. but we need all the cyclist to gather at UTM, skudai atleast on 4/2/2012.
2. there will be a group of marshall from UTM, and also we will collaborate with the police traffic to accompany us along the way.
3.organiser will only provide 1 jersey. there will be several days that we need all the rider to wear the jersey we that we provide, and the rest they can wear any jersey.
4. Trans1Malaysia is open for all Malaysian citizen :)
5. There is no prize since this is not a race, plus its a kind of charity event where we also collaborate with VIVA Palestina Malaysia.
But we will try to have an Appreciation Dinner on the last day of cycling for all the cyclist.
6. Nope, u can go back to Penang after we reach Kuala Perlis.
1) there will be another transportation that will bring all of our baggage.
2) this still can't be sure, maybe we do not even stay in a room for some places but in a hall all together. we have to do this since ur registration fees just rm150-rm250 to cut cost.
3) there will be a lorry provide to bring all the bicycle to JB.
if i go bck to penang when 14/2,r u sure i no need to join togeter 15/2-17/2 in JB?bcoz i dont want to miss something if importent in JB last 3 days when is the closing date for register? or number riders of register? any suggestion for me if i want to bring my bike and baggage to JB in 4/2? if i can find out a way to solve these problem,i will join . thanks for every answer u gave.really thanks.
we do not close the registration until reach 100 riders. we're very sorry but we do not handle the way of the rider come to JB on 4/2, they have to come by their own.
Cadangan: Rasanya kalau buat participants tu dipecahkan pada STAGE by STAGE pun cantik jugak, contoh dari STAGE 1 UTM-UTHM, STAGE 2 UTHM - UniKL. Setiap STAGE ada charge tertentu, kalau x lama jugak diaorang nk kena ambil cuti nanti, mungkin dengan cara tu lebih ramai yg berminat untuk join.
From the video, it looks so dangerous. Your riders were riding all the way out of the lane, and the marshall is just taking up too much traffic space. Events like these annoys road users n community. To me, based on the video, it looks very unprofessional, unethical and everyone looks just like gangsters going for a roadtrip. And I notice at 2:40, you have a hero riding with no hands on handlebar, and without helmet. What's this? Please, please don't tarnish the image of road biking. Thanks.
